I am getting induced on September 12th. Chemotherapy will begin on September 22nd. My hope is that I can breastfeed on my left side for those days before chemo starts. After that, no more. I have come to terms with it but do feel a little guilty that I was able to breastfeed Harlon for 13 months. Things will be different for the new little man but he will be raised with the same love. And for that, I am thankful.
Chemo will start once a week for 12 weeks and then we will switch meds and do once every 3 weeks for 4 cycles. After that, we are planning a mastectomy.
Oh boy, woop woop! Here we go!

Hi you two!!! I have to tell you that when coach told me the news I wasn’t real excited but when I settled down I said “hey it’s John and Jess and they will be fine”. I’m not trying to minimize what your are going through and think about you and pray for you every day.
I am so happy to read this blog as every time I ask coach how you are he simply states “I haven’t seen them”. He makes up some excuse about working a lot of hours šš
Please know that I love all 4 of you and I’m here for you in any way, shape or form You are the best!!!!šš
